Greece & Cyprus
with the Friends of Archaeology

In May 2018, the Friends or Archaeology will travel to Greece and Cyprus to enjoy their cultures and explore ancient, medieval, and Islamic sites. Travelers may choose to visit both countries or spend a week in either.

Greece highlights include the new Acropolis Museum in Athens and archaeological sites of Mycenae, Olympia, Delphi, and Mystras. Some of the Cyprus highlights are the Byzantine Painted Churches in the Troodos Mountains, a ship wreck museum, and the Nicosia Archaeological Museum.
